This volume includes a brief introductory note by Nicola Del Roscio as well as color reproductions of photographs. There is no further discursive text. In his introductory note, Del Roscio summarizes the history of Twombly’s photographic practice, his move to Gaeta, his use of Polaroids and drypoint printing, and major honors received during the artist’s lifetime.
